Parking at RiverPark Place:
With 700 underground parking spaces, the RiverPark Place parking garage is gated and monitored for your 24-hour security. Visitors and clients may park in any of the 650 designated surface parking spaces, which are also monitored by 24-hour surveillance. With the purchase of either a Tower loft or a Luxury Condo in the Towers (buildings A3 and A4), one underground parking space is included with your unit. The Loft units, except unit BB, (buildings B2, B3, B4 and B5) also include one underground parking spot.
